This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday) based in our Coral Gables office.

• Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordinator preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Thoughtful problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
